Infringement of Copyright
In case of infringement of IPR or Intellectual Property Rights, when anyone tries to exploit the rights issued on the respective owners comes under the various forms of Intellectual Property without the consent of owners.
- When any person is granted a copyright without a license or without Registrar comes under the contravention of the conditions of a license.
- When anyone used this for sale and hire something or by the way of trade shows, and trade exhibits in public, and imports from India comes under this Act.
The provisions of this technological measure comes under the 65A(1) section of the Copyright Amendment Act, 2012 which states that any person who tries to exploit the rules and laws of Copyright terms and regulations and will be punishable under the Copyright Amendment Act, 2012.
