IPR or Intellectual Property Rights is a legal term that refers to novel inventions, designs, and brands in which a person has legal rights over that things.

Patents: Patents are defined as an exclusive right granted for a novel invention or a product that provides a new way to describe something or any process.
Copyrights: Copyright is defined as its cover the literary works such as poems, novels, drawings, paintings, etc. The rights of copyright also include those of performing artists.
Trademarks – Trademarks cover the logos, symbols, and signs which distinguish the specific products from others or your competitors.
