This course will teach you to introduce the healthy gene or genetic material into cells to compensate the defective genes or to develop a protein. Currently the most mutual type of vectors are viral or non-viral transmission.
Main approaches:
A) Replacing a mutated gene that causes disease with a functional gene
B) Remove the improper gene
C) Enrolling the new gene into the host cell.
